The Executive Committee has the sad duty to inform the members of EACMFS that our founder, Professor Hugo Obwegeser, passed away during the morning of September 2nd. We have lost an Icon of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery. Hugo Obwegeser has been the reference of our specialty and his name has been inextricably interlinked with our profession.
